What is the best paint for stenciling primitive signs?
At Stencil Me In we use Delta Ceramcoat and Decoart Americana.  They are the ONLY two acrylic paints we use.  There are several other popular brands found in arts and craft stores all over however, we have found through experience that these are the two brands we love the most.  The consistency of both these brands of acrylic paint are just perfect for stenciling, the coverage is great and it doesn't wear off when we are sealing it with the Minwax Stain and Seal.  We are often asked what colors we use.  Here is a list of our favorite primitive paint colors.
